$140 per 50 minute session, plus HST. Limited sliding scale spots may be available. Please call for availability.

Insurance

As an affiliate of a registered psychologist, my fees may be covered in full or in part by your private health insurance or employee benefit plan. When booking an appointment, please indicate which insurance plan you are covered under, and what health professionals your plan provides coverage for.

Please check your coverage carefully and  ask the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • How much coverage do I have per year?
  • Is there a coverage limit per session?
  • Does my plan reset according to the calendar year?

Payment Options

I accept the following forms of payment:

  • electronic payments via Interac e-transfer (preferred) within 24 hours of the session.
  • cash or cheque payments, in person at the start or end of each session
  • If you would like to use Paypal, please let me know – there will be a service charge added to the session fee.

Cancellation Policy

A scheduled appointment is reserved for you. When it is cancelled with short notice, or missed altogether, it is often too late or impossible to offer this time to someone else, and the appointment time goes unfilled.

There is no charge if an appointment is cancelled or changed with more than 24 hours notice.

If an appointment is cancelled or changed between 12 and 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the session fee. The full fee is charged if an appointment is cancelled, changed or missed with no notice i.e. less than 12 hours before the time of the appointment.
