Fees, Payments & Insurance

Please Note: During the pandemic services are offered via video and telephone platforms only!

Carla – $180 – $200 per 50 minute session. NOT currently accepting new clients.

Keisha – $180-200 per 50 minute session.  NOT currently accepting new clients.

Karyl – $160 per 50 minute session. Currently accepting new clients – limited spots available.

Regine – $125 per 50 minute session.   Accepting new clients.

Michelle – $90 per 50 minute session.  Accepting new clients

Njeri – $90 per 50 minute session.  Accepting new clients

Insurance

Fees for counselling/psychotherapy services may be covered in full or in part by your private health insurance or employee benefit plan. When booking an appointment, please indicate which insurance plan you are covered under, and what health professionals your plan provides coverage for (e.g. registered psychologist, registered psychotherapist, registered social worker). Please note that therapists at CaRib Counselling & Psychotherapy are registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

Please check your coverage carefully and  ask the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What mental health practitioners are covered?
• How much coverage do I have per year?
• Is there a coverage limit per session?
• Does my plan reset according to the calendar year?

Payment Options

We accept the following forms of payment:

• electronic payments via Interac e-transfer (preferred) before the start of the session.
• cash or cheque payments, in person at the start or end of each session (not available during the covid19 pandemic)
• If you would like to use Paypal, ask for the Paypal link to be sent to you – a 2.9% service charge will be added to the session fee.

Cancellation Policy

A scheduled appointment is reserved for you. When it is cancelled with short notice, or missed altogether, it is often too late or impossible to offer this time to someone else, and the appointment time goes unfilled.

There is no charge if an appointment is cancelled or changed with more than 24 hours notice.

The full fee is charged if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed with no notice.
