“In this healing space you can fully embody the power within you.”

I believe that healing is not only possible, but deeply transformative when people are met with compassion, respect, and the safety to express themselves. My therapeutic process is grounded in a holistic, integrative, trauma-informed approach that honours the strength, resilience, and inner wisdom each person carries.

I bring care and skill to creating spaces where seeds of wisdom can be planted, healing can take root, and potential blossoms. Whether we are integrating the pain of the past, unpacking the weight of intergenerational wounds, navigating life transitions, or strengthening relationships; I offer radical empowerment.

I hold a deep commitment to anti-oppressive, culturally sensitive practice, ensuring that therapy is a space where all identities, stories, cultural teachings, spiritual experiences and lived experiences are valued.

Experience

As a strong advocate for systemic change, I have walked alongside individuals who have faced systemic violence within the justice system and child welfare system, standing with them in moments of vulnerability, resistance, restoration, and renewal. I specialize in supporting people who have experienced trauma, family violence, domestic violence, justice system involvement, substance use, systemic trauma and relational challenges. I provide therapeutic sessions for individuals (adults) from diverse communities.

Approach

My integrative therapeutic approach includes Jungian psychoanalysis, internal family systems, attachment-focused family work, narrative therapy, art-based interventions, somatic approaches and trauma processing. I understand that therapy is not just about coping — it’s about reclaiming your inner voice, rebuilding safety, moving forward with intentional embodiment, while restoring connection to self and community.

Take the first steps towards re-connecting with the power that already exists within you. I invite you to a free 15-minute consultation — a safe, welcoming space to explore your healing, begin trusting your own inner voice and evolve into the person you are meant to be.
